Instructions for Abstract Submission to DECOVALEX 2023

[NEW] Details for Poster and Oral Presentations 

Poster Presentations  

• The posters should be in portrait (vertical) layout and up to A0 in size (841 x 1188 mm).

• We do not provide a specific poster template. Please choose a template that works for you.

• Poster boards will have an ID Number attached to them so poster presenters can identify "their" poster space. Your specific poster ID number will be listed in the final Symposium Agenda.

• We will provide clips to attach the posters to the boards.

Oral Presentations 

• Each presentation will be 15 minutes long, including a few minutes at the end for Q&A (appx. 12 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.

All Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by experts in the respective subject areas through an online process.  This symposium is "abstract only"; there is no requirement to submit conference papers or extended abstracts at a later stage.

March 17, 2023: Abstract Submissions Open

June 1, 2023: Deadline for Abstract Submission

July 7, 2023: Notification to Authors on Abstract Acceptance
